Project Architect
A licensed design professional with diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices. Oversees all phases of large and small projects. Leads design and production teams. Is responsible for programming and client communications. Coordinates design data and decision making with consulting engineers and allied specialists.
Successful candidate will possess:

• B-Arch or M-Arch from an accredited architectural school and NCARB record

Architectural Designer
A licensed design professional or progressing toward licensure with a knowledge of design principles. Creative and talented with the ability to produce visually descriptive representations of design concepts. Collaborate with PIC and Project Architect. Develop conceptual plans and elevations. Progress designs through all phases of development.
Successful candidate will possess:
• Professional License in Architecture preferred
• Knowledge of the IBC, ADA, and life safety codes
• 3 years minimum experience in an architectural or similar office multiple building types
• Ability to draft using Revit and Autocad
• Proficiency with Sketch-up, Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook

Project Manager
Experience in the production of architectural construction documents. Knowledgeable with all phases of design, documents production, and construction administration. Collaborate with PIC and Project Architect. Lead production of architectural construction documents. Coordinate building components and systems with consulting engineers. Assist with obtaining land entitlements and communicate with AHJ requirements for permitting. Assist with construction administration and on-site observation.
Successful candidate will possess:
• 8 years minimum experience in an architectural or similar office with multiple building types
• Knowledge of the IBC, ADA, and life safety codes
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and entitlement processes
• Ability to draft using Revit and Autocad
• General knowledge of structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook

Architectural Staff II
A technical drafter experienced in the production of architectural construction drawings for large, medium, and small scope projects. Knowledge and experience producing drawings for multiple building types and various building systems. Support Project Architect and Project manager.
Successful candidate will possess:
• 5 years minimum experience in an architectural firm, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the IBC, ADA, and life safety codes
• Proficiency to draft using Revit. Use of Autocad is a plus
• General knowledge of structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook

Architectural Staff I
This is an entry-level position. Basic level of understanding in the use of and training to produce documents with cad software is required. Assist in the development of construction drawings. Correct drawings and details from “red-lined” comments of supervisor.

• Academic or work experience in an architectural firm, or equivalent.
• Ability to draft using Revit. Use of Autocad is a plus
